| I have started to put together what I know about both my wifes and my families. The surnames for my family include Clancy, Murphy, Bresnahan(sp ?) and Fitzsimmons. For my wifes Family the surnames include Mathews (changed from a long Lithuanian surname), Provenzale, Ianuzzi and Guisepina.So our children are half Irish, one quarter Lithuanian and one quarter Italian. The Irish are most likely from southern Ireland, the Italians are from the Calabria region of southern Italy and we know very little about the Lithuanian ansestors. |
