| I am currently researching the ancestors on my father's side (the Crosby Family of Pennsylvania). I do no know whether they came to this country from England or Ireland. Also the Oechsners family of my husband who are mostly from Queens and Long Island, New York. Also, Neihardt and McGowans. Also, the ancestors of my children who grandfathers name was Claude Harvey Smith and his father was a George Smith who was with Teddy Roosevelts Rough Riders. On my mothers side, my Grandfather Joseph Thompson Lance and Louise Neely. The Lance's can also be spelled Lantz. The Neely's came from Ireland. |
