I am currently doing research on the O'Grady and Fitzgerald families. There are many names and places that we come from....the O'Grady's were originally from County Clare, Ireland, while the Fitzgerald's have their roots back to Knocklong, County Kerry, Ireland (Fitzgerald's and Kincaid's). In addition, the O'Grady side has English and Norwegian (Dahl, Sterud)...the Fitzgerald side has German inheritance (Rauch, Hawke). Any information on these names would be most helpful. |
