Geoffrey Olive's Home Page

I am interested in the Olive family in the UK, particularly through my adopted father, Charles Henry Olive, b. 1902 Lambeth, London, d.1976. He was the youngest of 7+ children of William John and Ella Fräulein Olive of London. Only one sister named Agatha was mentioned, but no Olive family member was ever met.

I was born in 1946 in Wales and adopted by Charles and Linda (nee Garrett) Olive. I have dual US and UK nationality from my natural father, Gerald Jerome Gottlieb, (US citizen stationed in the Wales during WW2), now deceased but previously living in Florida, and natural mother, Heather Caridad Farley, (Barry, Glamorgan, Wales) now living in Billericay, Essex, England.

Any information on the Gottlieb family of Forest Hills, New York, NY, or the Farley family of S. Wales would be appreciated. I have accumulated a fair amount of information on the Gottlieb family which I am willing to share. I have very little on the Farley family, and virtually nothing on the Olive family (UK).
