I am the son of Lindell Herman Onsrud/Onsruth and Lyla Smith. I have two sisters a twin Linda Toborg and Susan Smith. My dads father was Lewis Onsrud and mother Albertine Petersen.
My dad was baptized ONSRUD in Westby, Wisconsin. For some reason the name was changed after Lewis died and Albertine, aka "Bertha" moved to the east coast. Lewis Onsrud's father was Lars Onsrud 3-18-1829 dod 11-18-1912 he had eight children Oluf,Lewis,Henry,Otto,Carl,Nellie,Clara and Ella.
On my mothers side Lyla Elaine Smith had 5 sisters and 6 brothers. Currently we know more about this side of the family. We are related to John Adams, John Qunicy Adams and Franklin Pierce.
