Jacob J. McComb, 80, Olean, died Tuesday at his home. He wa s born Dec. 30, 1897, at Brumley the son of the Rev. Absolo m and Nancy Kelsay McComb. He was married Dec. 17, 1921 a t Kansas City to Bessie Burks who survives at home.
Mr. McComb was a member of the Linwood Boulevard Baptist Ch urch, Kansas City. He lived in Kansas City for 47 years pri or to his retirement in 1963, when he moved to Olean. He wa s employed as a maintanence man at the Rialto building in K ansas City when he retired.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Lora Jean Grah am, Parkville, and Mrs. Marjorie Ann Hader, Kansas City ; a sister, Mrs. Anna Johnston, Grandview; eight grandchild ren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Phillips F uneral Home Chapel in Eldon with the Rev. James McDonald of ficiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery i n Kansas City.
