| I am researching my Native American ancestry. As far as I can determine from conversations with my mother (Frances Marie Gross Babson b. 1922) prior to her death in 1990, her grandmother (Naomi Ethel Robbins Gross) was Native American. Naomi married John Gross from Castine, Maine. They had four sons (John W. (my grandfather b. 1896), Fred, Thomas, and William) and five daughters (Carrie b. 1894, Georgia, Mabel, Hazel and Ruby). Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. I will gladly share any information I have found. Thanks. |
