I am looking for the Green side of my family history. My name is Iris Orozco. My Grandmother was Callie Gladys BRICKEY from Nocona, Tx; her dad was Humphrey Edward GREEN, born about 1869, diedApril 6, 1937, was married to Minnie Leonor GRAHAM, all from Nocona or Montague County area in Tx. Humphrie's father was William Newton GREEN from Georgia, I think around Paulding County. He was born in North Carolina around 1824? and married Mary Elizabeth FARR of Georgia. They had 6 kids. I want to find out all about him and his family and also want to go back to the earlier ancestors. So far he's as far back as I have gone, but this is very facinating and now I'm hooked! I would appreciate any help I could get on this stuff. I have a little more info on the whole family if anyone is interested.
