My father Frank Harrison age 3 and his sister Lillian age 1. Although I don't know where the scottish outfit first came from it became a family tradition for children to have their picture taken in it around the age of three. In Franks family 5 of his children, 10 of his grandchildren and 3 of his great grandchildren have worn the outfit.
