I am researching the LANE family who lived in Georgia (Bryan Co) and South Carolina 1839 - to date. (Charles Valentine Lane, John Wesley Lane, possibly Richard S. Lane) Searching related families: Valentine GILL, CLANTON, ENNIS - all of Georgia. Also searching the ORR family, descendants of James Orr - whom came to Petersburg VA ca 1800. Related families include TOWNSEND, CURRIER, MOODY - in Mass., Deleware, and Maryland. Also searching the PETERS family, descendants of Frederick Daniel Phillip Peters - and immigrant from Germany to Petersburg VA, about 1812. I will be happy to exchange information!
