The Orr line meets the Pennell line and all branchlines

Updated January 21, 2013

I began researching my family lines several years ago. My family line has not been the easiest to track, but I have been able to slowly go step by step, breaking each little piece of brick, and even "meeting" new cousins!
My Orr line originially starts in Scotland and then by 1805 they are in Ireland before migrating to either the United States, Australia and New Zealand. My Pennell line is believed to be also from Ireland, but some in my family speculate that they came from Scotland, but I have yet to find that to be correct. There is some controversy as to when they migrated to the U.S. My Hunt and Cole lines appear in New York then to Pennsylvania. The Bergquist line, or also known as the Samuelsson or Hanson family, came to the United States in the mid 1840s and initially settled in Knox County (Andover and Bishop Hill) in Illinois and then onto Fulton County. There are so many lines/names here so you never know there could be a match.
I have since found more information than when I initially had placed the lineage online and although I do not have the research listed on my page, I will soon. Also, I do apologize to those who were trying to get in touch with me before today, but due to changing of emails I wasn't able to retrieve my information...until today that is.
