I am researching my Father's side of the Family. I've gone
back as far as Samuel Orr. Samuel Orr had Thomas Erie Orr who was born in St. Thomas, Ontario (approx. 1882, died Jan 17 1945), Thomas moved to Tweed, Ontario and married an Elizabeth Thompson of Tweed and they had serveral boys including my grandfather Samuel Erie Orr (born May 28, 1915- died May 9 1965) and in turn had my father Samuel Charles Gary Orr(born Nov. 16, 1940 died June 21, 1997).

At the same time I'm researching Elizabeth Thompson's family, her father's name was Guss, Elizabeth was born in Hungerford County (tweed area) approx 1878 and died March 18, 1978 in Belleville.

I'm really enjoying researching my family history, thanks to my Aunt Carol Russell I'm hooked.
