Obituary in Hammond Times - Oct 15, 1997 Elizabeth Graves (nee Balazs) Griffith Elizabeth Graves (nee Balazs), 82, of Griffith passed away Tuesday, October 14, 1997. Survived by husband, Emery; one daughter, Beverly Perotti of Griffith; one son, Emery (Mary) Graves of Boone Grove; one sister, Margaret (George) Lundie of Valparaiso; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 17, 1997, time pending, at the Kuiper Funeral Home. Burial, Calumet Park, Merrillville. Friends are invited to meet with the family Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (2 blocks south of Ridge Road) Highland.
