Her parents were Clark Orton and Alice Ethel Hopf. They lived in Ashton, Idaho until about 1914. The parents divorced. "Dorothy" and her mother may have moved to California. Alice Ethel Hopf was born in New Jersey about 1885. Clark Orton was born March, 1874 in Ortonville, Minnesota. Mother's previous married name was Stone. |
