I am primarily researching the Osborn immigrants to South Australia, and their origins.

I am looking particularly for any information regarding Henry George Osborn, born in Lyndoch, South Australia, in 1851. He may have been the first Osborn born in Australia. His father may have been Henry Osborn, who arrived in Adelaide , South Australia on the 'Cygnet' in 1836 as a 15 year old, possibly from Cornwall. Henry Osborn married Georgiana Gale (or Gael) who arrived in South Australia on the 'Packenham' in 1849, and he died in 1865.

I am also researching other branches of the family, including the Lyons, Hannay, Birch, Burgess, and Buckley families in Australia, and their origins.
