Christopher Osborne married Sarah McGruder and died 1789 inMecklenburg County, N.C.. His son, Christopher H. Orsburn (spell ing from tombstone) married Catherine Furr (second marriage), and moved to Dallas County, Alabama, where he died 1854. His son, Robert Emmett Orsburn married Mary Amanda Johnston, and he died in Dallas County, Alabama, in 1910. His son, Walton Herbert Osborne, married Edna Medora Barker, and he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he died in 1955. Two sons and a daughter of Christopher H. Orsburn moved to Arkansas sometime before 1850 (Pleasant, Jabez, and Matilda). Any info on the family would be appreciated. Would be glad to share info that I have. |
