| Looking for information on the OTTO family and the McNAMARA family both from the Chicago area.Also researching the ANGONA(ANCONA) family of St. Landrys Parish,La. August and Agusta Otto(both born in 1836)immigrated from Germany in 1866.Data from the 1880 census shows them residing on north Mohawk Street in Chicago.According to census entrys he was employed as a brickmason and they had six children,four boys(Ferdinand,William,Henry and Robert) and two girls(Bertha and Agusta). I have little information on the McNamara family other than immigration from Ireland in the second half of the nineteenth century. Any information greatly appreciated. |
