This web site is currently devoted to the genealogy of my husband's family, with major family names of OUTLAND, GIPSON, and BLAIR. Primarily the more recent family members are all from Kentucky, but the Outland family in particular, is also common in northeastern North Carolina.
I have been working on genealogical research of these lines, as well as my own family (FARRIS, ROBERTS, BEALE and VANCE) for many years. In this web site, where there are no references, the information has not been verified by me, and is not necessarily accurate, both because I can't vouch for it myself, and because I might have made transcription errors, etc.
I greatly enjoy correspondence with other researchers, and would love to hear from others searching the same lines.
