There is a Robert Keeling Caraway buried at the Spur Memorial Cemetery in Dickens County, Texas. According to the head stone he was born 8-24-1870 death 5-13-1939. He was buried in the E.L. Caraway Plot.

Mills County, Texas Deed Book 100 Pages 75, 76, and 77. Proof of Heirship-Caraway.
That Robert K. Caraway, a son of the said K.S. and Mary Caraway departed this life intestate on the 14 day of Ma A.D. 1939, leaving surviving him his wife Mrs. Theresa Caraway and one child only, Luther E. Caraway his sole surviving heirs at law. That Robret K.Caraway never adopted anychild or children and he had no children who predeceased him leaving children surviving him. That the said Luther E. Caraway has long since been over the age of 21 years.
