Notes for ELIZABETH BACHMAN:
Elizabeth had two brothers-in-laws, S.Y. Reams and John Atkinson who fought at San Jacinto. Reams was from Gonzales at that time and was at the Alamo until sent home with measeles shortly before the fall.

She was the 9th of 11 children of John Bachman sometimes spelled Baughman and his wife Mary Catharine Barbara Binnicker.
