THE BIGGS OF HARPERS FERRY & THE GARBERS OF WINCHESTER

I am researching not only the surnames of BIGGS and GARBER but also the surnames of OWENS, MOORE, RUPERTI, CASSELL. At one time I had more information but it was sadly lost.
The BIGGS were located in Harpers Ferry WVA. Surnames iclude: CASSELL, JONES, & SMITH.

The GARBERS are located in the Shenandoah Valley of VA. Surnames include: SPITZER, GOCHENOUR, and RUFFNER. The RUFFNERS have done extensive research to which I need access.

For my second husband, Kenneth C. Moore, the surnames include: ROBEERTS( which have extensive research I wish to plug into), PARKER. This particular branch lived in the Monsen and Granville areas of Ma.

For Ken's daughters I need research on the RUPERTI family. They were German/French Europeans.
