Once a year the Burlesons and the Duhons get together at Prien Lake Park located in Lake Charles, La. for a family reunion. This year we will host the Burleson National Association. We will have a two day get together with a fish fry on Friday June 6th complete with a Cajun Band, and then Saturday June 7th we will have our usual get together hosting our Burleson cousins from the Association.
So for in our family history we have traced about 1000 names and have put them in a book for family members to enjoy. Our research has come from family members, libraries and cemeterys around Louisiana.
