We have just started our research into our family tree. Any one with information can e-mail or call me. Any information you may have on the Jury family would be greatly appreciated. Julius and Mary Ann Jury or Joray came to America about 1850. They settled in Redwood, New York. They had Frank born about 1844, Ferdinand born 1845, William born 1856, and Edward born about 1862, Edward was given up after Mary passed away. Shortly after Marys death William is living with his brother Ferdinand and his wife Catherine in the town of Alexandria, New York,in the census of 1870. The family moved to Wisconsin in July 1873. Catherine (Thomas) Jury,born about 1854 died Nov. 15, 1874. They had a daughter named Amy Bell Jury, Born 11/11/1869,Died 1/25/1876.
Ferdinand was in the Clintonville area before he moved to Malvern,Wis. where he and his second wife Carrie A. Phillips Jury had and raised 9 children. My Great Grandmother was Ida Mae Jury, Born 11/30/1884 Died Jan.13, 1945.
Ida Mae Jury,was born in Clintonville,Wisconsin,she was living in Rhinelander,Wisconsin. Ida Mae met and married Andrew McNabb(22 Aug 1859-11 May 1921) May 28,1903, they have three children, Meridith Olga,31 Aug 1903,Maraget Mae,20 Aug 1905,William George,10 Apr 1907.Andrew McNabb was born in Grey County, Ontario,Canada. She is buried in the McNabb family plot next to Andrew her first husband, at the time of her death she was married to Carl Nelson.
