Mrs. Ignatz Kulas, 61, died at 3 o'clock this morning at her --- death was the result of a sroke of paralysis, which occurred Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. She had a first stroke more than nine years ago and had been in poor health since then. Mrs. Kulas, formerly Miss Katherine Biesik, was born June 4, 1868, in Poland. She came with her brother directly from the old country 43 years ago. She was married to Mr. Kulas on November 24, 1887, and they have lived in Stevens Point since then. He is a retired mill worker. Besides her husband she is survived by five of her 14 children. They are Mrs. Peter Losinski, 418 Wedleight street, and Mrs. Sylvester Rekowski, Portage street, city; Mrs. Benjamin Tessner and Miss Regina Kulas, Milwaukee, and Joseph Kulas, Chicago. She also leaves 14 grandchildren. Mrs. Kulas was an active member of the Rosary society of St. Peter's Church.
