Interested in decendents of the following persons: Peter Pake (1758-1839). He came over from Amsterdam Holland in about 1777 and fought with the New Jersey Militia during the Revolutionary War. He later settled in Muskingum Co. Ohio. Charles Wakefield (1760-1821) and son Simion were pioneers in the area east of St, Louis about 1790.; Joseph Vernon(1749-1834) was born in Thornbury on the Chester-Deleware Co. Line in Penn. He served in the Militia during most of the Revolutionary War. He later settled in Muskingum Co. Ohio, in 1805 ; Leonard Crites b 1819- wife was named Elizabeth and believed to have lived in West Virginia.; Peter Froney; Peter C. Montgomery(1852-!911); Mary Owens(1822-1906) She and her children moved from Indiana to Missouri some time between 1855 and 1860. She is listed in the 1860 Barry Co. census; William W. Black (1837-1916) Married Mary Ann Owens daughter of Mary Owens; Leonard Cagle 1780-1845) supposedly moved his family from Philadelphia westward to Allen Co., Kentucky in 1815. then to Missouri in 1842; Henry Pruitt (1654-1722); Thomas Essex Sr. (1771-1853) Willing to share information I have on any of these persons.
