He had two brothers (who died when he was young) and a sister he left behind. John Pankow settled in Dauphin, Manitoba, Canada.
Vincent Federovitch was born 1856 in Skoviatyn,district of Borshchiv, Galicia, Austria. He emigrated in 1898 with his wife, Katharina, and children: Aniela, Joseph, Francisca and Marianna. Vincent settled in Sifton, Manitoba, Canada. Marianna (Mary) married John Pankow.
Powell Toporowski was born 1863 in Sebichiw, Sokal, Ukraine. He emigrated with his wife, Kataryna Harach, (born 1872 in Sebichiw, Sokal, Ukraine) to Mayfair, Saskatchewan, Canada. Their children were: Alexandra, Ksenia, Paraska, Mikael and Semen(Sam) born February 15, 1898 in Sebichiw, Sokal, Ukraine.
Mikhal Kinzir was born in Komariw, Sokal, Ukraine. His wife, Teklia Pyra, was born in 1873 in Komariw, Sokal, Ukraine. Their children were: Anastasia (b. February 25, 1906 in Komariw), Maria and Magda. Anastasia came to Canada in November 1928 to Krydor, Saskatchewan. She married Semen Toporowski.
George Fredrick Goodchild was born April 5, 1882 in Hundon, Suffolk, England. His parents were William Goodchild (b. October 11, 1857 in Hundon, Suffolk) and Sarah Elizabeth Wiseman (b. February 7, 1861 in Hinxton, Cambridge, England). George emigrated to Oxbow, Saskatchewan, Canada and married Leila Ida Moore.
Leila Ida Moore was born July 1, 1894 in Ninga, Manitoba, Canada. Her parents were William Elijah Moore (b. May 20, 1869 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada) and Mary Harrison (b. June 9, 1873 near Lindsay, Ontario, Canada).William was the son of Edward Moore (b. 1827) and Martha Wilson (b. 1844 in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada).
Mary Harrison was the child of James Harrison (b. November 22, 1838) and Christine Wilson (b. March 1, 1852 in Longside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland). Christine's line goes back to Keith's in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Her parents were Lewis Wilson (b. 1826 in Peterhead, Aberdeeenshire, Scotland) and Mary Keith (b. 1831 in Toddlehills farmhouse, Longside, Aberdeeenshire, Scotland). Lewis Wilson and Mary Keith emigrated to Victoria County, Ontario, Canada.
