| I am researching my family roots.My mothers name was Julia Anatasia Soulier,born in Bayfield, Wisconsin,December 6, 1886, died November 10, 1951 in Superior, Wisconsin. Madelina Lemieux was my grand mother. Little is known about her except she was born and buried at LaPointe on Madeline Island, Wisconsin.Antoine Bear Soulier Jr. was her husband, my grand father. He died October 16, 1946.Julia Cadotte was my great grand mother, she was born about 1843 and died July 7,1882 in Bayfield, Wisconsin.She was married to Antoine Bear Soulier Sr.Her parents were Anthony Cadotte who was born in 1803 and died in 1872,He was married to Rosalie Boubonnais.She was born in 1805 and died in 1857. Any information as to the background of Madelina Lemieux,and Julia Cadotte would be greatly appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have. |
