Descendants of DAVID PARKER and PATTIE CANADA from Wakeforest, North Carolina born between 1830 and 1850 most likely as African slaves. David Parker is half African and Native American. I am trying to determine who may have been their owners before emancipation. In many instances freed slaves took on the sir names of there former owners. |
