Peter "Whack" Captain was born Apr. 17, 1860 and died Apr. 28, 1938. He was the only son of Augustus and Jane Captain. Peter suffered from typhoid fever around the age of 5 which left him mentally impaired. The final division of Whack's sizable estate was evenutally settled by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in 1941.
