Discovery 2002! John Park (1773-1828) & Polly Peeler (1774-1851)Family Cemetery on their farm along Station Camp Creek in Estill Co., KY. This Cemetery, discovered on Sun., 24 April 2002, is the final resting place of my 4th Great Grandparents and some of their slaves. John was the oldest son of my 5th GGPs, Ebenezer Park, Sr. (1747-1839) and Tabitha Mills (1752-1826). Cemetery was found in foothills along the western side of Station Camp Creek, offering a beautifully scenic view of the Park Farm where John and Polly resided for over 40 years during the 1800s. There were 10 stones in this cemetery. It is the only burial ground on the John Park Farm. John was Sheriff of Estill Co., 1825-1826 and died tragically without a will. Would like to know cause of death, if anyone knows.
