Researching the Samuel Louis Patrick descendants from Greene County Georgia. Samuel Patrick was born about 1811 in Virginia and first married Francis Wingett in Jones County Georgia. Then he married Sarah Fitz Jarrell in Jones County Georgia and then moved to Greene County Georgia. Sarah Fitz Jarrell was reportedly orphaned and then raised by Blake and Zilpha Fitz Jarrell on the Jarrell Plantation in Jones County. Samuel Louis Patrick died on December 4th 1886 and he and Sarah Patrick are buried in Greene County Georgia.
Commonly found surnames include: Amoss, Barnhart, Cartwright, Channell, Dreyer, Finch, Fitz Jarrell, Green, Hill, Hogan, Jarrell, Lankford, Mines, Moody, Moss, Nash, PATRICK, Poole, Robinson, Roland, Steely, Thompson, Whitehurst, Youmans and many other Georgia Families.

I have also done many years of research on the John McKeever line of relatives (McKeever, McCaughey, Dunseath, Mullen & Davison Families). These are the McKeever ancestors who immigrated about 1858 from Ireland/Scotland and settled in Oak Grove Township in Pierce County, Wisconsin. Some of these ancestors are buried in the abandoned and overgrown Big River Cemetery in the SE 1/3 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, in Oak Grove Twp., Pierce County, WI.
