Henry Paul (son of J. Lewis Paul and Elizabeth) was born Abt. 1844 in Prob. Lamar Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, and died April 10, 1865 in Selma, Alabama.

Henry enlisted in the Civil War in 1861, and was wounded at the battle of Selma, Alabama on April 2, 1865. He died on April 10, 1865 in the division hospital. He was wounded in the hip and arm. He was in the 7th PA Cav. Co. E. He never married.
