I'm Betty Bailey Howard and was born in Garrison , Lewis County, Kentucky....Grandfather is Prince Edward Bailey, of York, Kentucky(buried in the Brown Cemetery) and grandmother is Clara Miller Bailey Riffe of Garrison, Kentucky (buried in Waring Cemetery in Garrison, Kentucky).
