HARLES CECIL MINER:
Charles was born 24 September 1880 in Winnebago, Minnesota the son of B.F. and Elmira (Best) Miner. He died 22 February 1920 from a self inflicted gun shot to the head. He is buried at Round Hill Cemetery. Charles death certificate states that the cause of death was supposed sucide. Newspaper article from the Courier Wedge states that he committed sucide by a self inflicted gun shot. The article went on to say that he had not been very well for some time and it is thought that continued poor health caused him to become despondent and commit the rash act.

LLIE BENJAMIN MINDER:
Allie Benjamin Minder grew up in the Maiden Rock and Bay City areas of Wisconsin. He married Lizzie (Witt) Nichols on 5 October 1903 in Wabasha County, Minnesota.

Allie and Lizzie lived and farmed in the Rock Elm area, also lived in Pepin County, Esdaile and Spring Valley, Wisconsin before moving to Minnesota.

They had three children with two living to adulthood.

Allie died in Minnesota and is buried in the Bay City Cemetery along with his parents.

IZZIE (WITT) NICHOLS:
Lizzie Witt was born in Germany, her mothers name was Dorothy and we do not know her fathers name. She was married to Perry Nichols before she married Allie Minder. She had two sons and a daughter, Leslie, Ina and Irvin when she married Allie.

She and Allie were married in Wabasha County, Minnesota on 5 October 1903 and resided in Rock Elm Township until moving to Spring Valley, Wisconsin. Later the family moved to Minnesota.

Lizzie's death certificate states that she was in the LaRie Rest Home for the length of three days, female, white, married, age 85, housewife, cause of death: cerebral hemorrage. Her daughter Luella Paris gave the information.

She is buried in the Ono Cemetery, Salem Township, Wisconsin. Don't know why she is not buried in Bay City. But she did die some six years before her husband, Allie.

  Notes for TORVIL MINDER:
Torvil Minder's death certificate gives his father as Allie Minder and his mother's name is not filled in. Cause of death was pneumonia, he was two years and seventeen days old.

On his brother's birth certificate (Grant) it states that he is the first child born to this couple. Maybe they didn't tell the doctor that they had a child that had died.
