View, Stone Co., Ark.. He married (1) VIOLA JANE PASSMORE February 25, 1908 in Searcy Co., Ark., daughter of ASA PASSMORE and MARY SMITHERS. She was born July 18, 1893, and died August 14, 1925 in Thola, Ark. He married (2) GERTRUDE ESTELLA TAYLOR April 1932 in Thola, Searcy, Ark. She was born December 12, 1893 in Campbell, Ark, and died May 25, 1965 in Mt. View, Ar.

A preacher married to Janie Passmore (Viola Jane Passmore - Sept 5, 1908), married to Gertrude Taylor Sutterfield , and Janie Passmore per Delores Wallace. I have a copy of his obituary that appeared in the Mt. Wave .His pall bearers were Rev Andy Subbett, Rev Jack Langston, Rev Obie Sutterfield, Rev Jess Fowler, Rev Jimmy Dement, Rev Charles Davis and Rev Luther Goodman. He was an Assemble of God minister for over 40 years. Some of the places he pastored were Egypt, Chilson Chaple near Cash, Galatia near Norfork and Sunny Valley near Swifton which he founded. He retired in 1959. He had 23 Great grandchildren and 19 grand children. 1 step daughter /Rubie Beathy of Kennet , Mo,. He is buried at Thola cemetery at Thola, Ark. Obit list 2 children to him & Janie Lloyd and Bethel. In the obit it says only on son Lloyd and one daughter Bethel were born to him & Janie. Do not know if other children are from a previous marriage or what?. It also stated that he had one stepdaughter Ruble Beathy of Kennett Mo. In Stone Co museum Stone Countians married in Searcy Co, Ark it lists Janie Passmore marriage to Tobe Wallace as February 1909. He is living at Alco she at Landis.

Virgie Cotter lists her 1st name at Nettie Viola Jane and her mother as Mary Elizabeth Smithee. In Searcy Co. Ark Cemetery Book 2 by Bobbie Cash lists her tombstone as Nettie Jane Passmore Wallace.
