Grandmother Grace was living in Vona, Colorado and met Edgar Ancell a widower. They both attended the same church and decided to combine households and get married. They drove to Goodland, Kansas and were United in Marriage on June 28,1945.Witness to the marriage were Mrs. Joe (Irene)Zimmerschied and Irene's brother Galen G. Woltkamp C.MM. U.S.Navy, Galen was on Leave from the Navy.
