In the Name of God Amen, the third day of June seventeen hundred and ninety five, I John Tracy of Baltimore County being sick of body, but of good and sound memory thanks be to almighty God and calling to mind the uncertain Estate of this Transitory life and that all flesh must yield unto death when it shall please God to call, do make, constitute, ordain and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, revoking and annulling by these Presents all and every Testament will and wills by me hertofore made either by word or writing and this only to be taken for my last Will and Testament and none other and first I Commit my body to the ground to be buried in such a place where it shall please my Executors hereafter named to appoint and my soul to almighty God in hopes of Eternal life and for the selling of my Temporal Estate and such Goods, chattels and debts as it has pleased God to bestow, I do order, give and dispose the same in manner and form following, that is to say:
First, I will that all my lawful debts be paid by my Executors hereafter named.
Item. I leave to my son Warnel a colt value £13. I leave to my daughter Becky a horse named Spark value £12. I leave to my daughter Betsy a horse named Jack value £12.
Item. I leave the rest of my estate real and Personal Goods and Chattels in the hands of my wife to use at her discretion during her life if she continues my widow and at her decease, to be divided as follows. First, I leave to my sons and daughters John, Solomon, William, Warnel, Hannah, Temperance, Sarah, Nacke and Anne the sum of £12 each if there be so much. And if there is not an equal proportion to be given to each of what there is. And if there is more to be Equally divided between the whole of my sons and daughters.
Item. If my wife should choose to marry, the whole to be taken out of her hands and divided as before mentioned.
Item. I do also Constitute and appoint my sons John and Warnel to be my executors of this my last Will and Testament.

Baltimore County to wit, on the 18th day of July 1795 came William Matthews, John Sulavan and Henry Wilhelm subscribing evidences in the aforegoing last Will and Testament of John Tracy, late of said county deceased and made oath that they saw the Testator herein named sign and seal this will that they heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament that at the time of his so doing, he was to the best of their apprehensions of Sound and Disposing mind, memory and understanding and that they subscribed their names as witnesses to this Will in the presence of the testator at his request and in the presence of each other.

Final Account of John & Warnel Tracy, administrators of the last will of John Tracy, deceased. These accountants charge themselves with an inventory of the estate to the sum of £ 337-6-2 and crave allowance of the following payments, to wit. A legacy of one colt left to Warnell Tracy and retained by him, appraised at £13, Of a legacy of a horse named Spark left to Becky Tracy and paid to Moses Freeland who intermarried with Becky Tracy. Of a legacy of one horse named Jack left to Betsy Tracy and paid to William Dorsey. Current Money paid to Rebecca Tracy, the widow of the deceased in full balance left her by deceased in his will £300-6-2,
