Edwin Leo Ballard (son of William Ballard and Mary Alice Buckley) was born November 11, 1906 in St. Louis, Missouri, and died March 05, 1959 in Michigan.
Notes for Edwin Leo Ballard: He died while serving time at The Marquette Prison in Michigan. He was there for an armed robbery conviction in the St. Louis area. He was also wanted by the Missouri State Pen and the St. Louis, Mo Police Dept. for being a prison escapee. According to the 1920 census, he was working at the age of 12 as a patterer for Sh? co. In the 1930 census, he is 23, living with his parents and and a truck driver for a trucking company. He is probably working with his father.
