| NOTE: My genealogy research has been on hold since 2002. I have been busy with college ('02-'06), and now the start of my full-time job. Eventually, I do plan to come back and continue this research as a hobby. My e-mail address is up-to-date (and is my preferred method of contact). I began research on my family history for a school project, and I quickly became addicted to exploring my geneaology. Nearly all of my ancestors settled in eastern Pennsylvania, mainly Lebanon County and Berks County, and they usually immigrated from Germany, specifically the areas along the Rhine River. I have found little information on the direct line of the PEIFFER's (not past early 1800's), but I do have some well-known surnames present in my history such as BATDORF, KLAHR, ZELLER, and ZEHRING(ZEHRUNG). Any information that can be added to my current tree would be greatly appreciated. -Andrew |
