He married MARIE CATHERINE ANDRA October 02, 1794 in St. James Catholic Church, St. James Parish, Louisiana, daughter of FRANCISCO ANDRA and ANNE PORTIER. She was born August 19, 1772 in St. John the Baptist Parish, (second German coast) Louisiana.
