Joseph Penn's second wife is said to be Elizabeth Holliday, daughter of John Holliday, widow of Patterson Pulliam, who died in Spotsylvania Co., VA in the mid 1750s.

Another tidbit on Elizabeth Holliday is that she survived Joseph Taylor's death and remarried Benjamin Perry and was still alive in 1781 (she may have outlived Benjamin Perry at that time).
