This project started out as a University study by Kenn Harper. Kenn's Mother, Doris Harper (Penrose) took over the project and worked on it for many years. The project was given to me to organize and file on computer. I am activly seeking any info on the Penroses that originated in Ireland and England and later moved to Roaring Creek Pensylvania.
