The early Devon Pennell family lived in Topsham, near Exeter England and I have records of the various branches going back to 1640. Many had first names of Richard, William, Lovell, Follett, and middle names including Lewin, Lee, Croker. If anyone is researching this Pennell line I am would like to correspond |
