I am researching my Mother and Fathers line at the same time.The Wade's so far are back to Harris Co. Georgia,where Minnard married Louisa Butler. This line has lots of blank places as they were share cropper farmers.The Amos line I haven't had any luck at all.My Mothers line as had lots of help from other researchers on the Fairchild, McDonald & TaylorMinnard Wade & family from Georgia 1847 to Alabama 1860 to 1880 to Texas 1880- today.Amos Fairchild & family from Illinois 1850 to Texas 1860 - today. This line goes back to Old Fairfield, Ct.John Lewis Cupps & family from 1820 Washington Co. Pa. to Mo. -1870 to Coleman Co. Texas 1880 - to today.B.F. (Frank) Amos & family ? 1887 marriage in Somerville Co. Texas.John Elbert Terry & family Mo. to Texas.Also have Taylor, McDonald, Lacey,Ditto, Graves, Chesser, Alexander, plus many other lines. |
