I Elijah Morton, being of sound mind andmemory and calling to mind the uncertainty of
Life do make publish and declare my last Will and Testament asfollows:
My desire is that all just debts andfuneral expenses be paid and all my other property,
Money and estate be divided between myfour children, Vincent L. Morton, Phoebe L.
Stanfield, Maranda R. Love and BarbaraBaynes I hereby appoint my son VincentL
Morton my executor to this my Last Willand Testament.
Signed and acknowledged in the presence ofthis 21st day of January 1869.
