| Robert Edward Phelps 127 Durango Road Destin,FL 32541-3076 850-650-3288 | I am researching the PHELPS and CASPER families that resided in and around Windsor, Plymouth and Powellsville, North Carolina during the period of 1890 to present.Some of these families migrated to Norfolk/Portsmouth/Suffolk, Virgina around 1934-1939.Still others later moved on to Texas and Florida. Any information would be deeply appreciated.I am willing to share any information that I have. |
