I am researching Friedrick Wilhelm Berlin, born 15 January 1850, in Groß Mellen, Pommern, Prussia, Germany. He came to the U.S. after March 8, 1871.. He married Anne Dorothee Richter July 22, 1874 in Burlington, DesMoines County, Iowa..I am at present trying to find the port of entry, ship name & port of departure.. I know he did not arrive at New York or Boston, 2 of the 5 major port's of entry.. The search goes on, and if by chance any of you find any information, please contact me & I will add it to the existing history !!!!!!
