Charged with assault and battery on C.O. and Jacob Remsburg, Brunswick, Harry and Fred Snoots, Brunswick, were given a hearing yesterday afternoon before Justice J. Grahame Johnson and fined $1 and costs. The Snoots brothers were arrested after Jacob Remsburg had been struck.
