Ed Blair 1863-1950, son of James and Mary Snoots Blair, grandson of Henry and Nancy Filler Snoots of Muskingum Co. OH. He wrote books of Kansas themed poetry. This picture appeared in his History of Johnson Co., KS, published in 1915. See links page to read some of his work.
