Austin Mann (1858-1899) was the son of Hiram Bradford Mann & Mary Louise Rice. He married Virginia Williams in Tennessee in 1880. They had 4 children, and both Austin & Virginia died about 1899. Their daughter, Caroline "Ladybird" was my mother's mother; making Austin Mann my great grandfather.
